In addition, the position will enable capacity development of partner NGO staff, health workers, teachers, volunteers, and different groups and guide the partner NGOs' program/project staff for quality project/program execution; provide regular monitoring, mentoring, and liaison between local government, provincial government, and other stakeholders. The position will work closely with the Field Operations Manager and the Integration Program Lead.
