Review and verify reimbursement requests, staff settlements, and vendor bills. Prepare vouchers and documentation for all transactions. Conduct monthly bank reconciliation and petty cash management. Prepare and submit financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual). Assist in audits and financial reviews, ensuring proper documentation. Support preparation of budgets and forecasts with Project Coordinator. Ensure cost-effectiveness in field expenditures. Safety & Security: Ensure financial and operational safety during project execution. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Safeguarding: Ensure compliance with safeguarding and prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (PSEAH) policies in all admin and finance operations. Promote ethical conduct and accountability within all financial activities. Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s in Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance (Master’s preferred). Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial and administrative management in development projects. Proficiency in accounting software (FAMAS, Saralbooks,Tally, Excel).
