    Program Background and Rationale: Reclaiming Advocacy through Narratives, Debates, Grassroot Theatre and Arts (RANGA) project is a youth-focused initiative implemented by the consortium of Mandala Theatre-Nepal (Mandala), Debate Network Nepal (DNN) and Campaign for Change (CFC) with funding from the European Union under Next Generation Nepal’s Youth Programme from 2026 to 2028. RANGA project adopts a multi‐sectoral creative methodology combining theatre, storytelling, debate, and media to empower Nepali youth, especially marginalized groups. With the objective of strengthening civil society by empowering Nepali youth (especially marginalized groups) as resilient actors of good governance and inclusive development through theatre, debates, and storytelling, RANGA project is designed as a layered intervention to be implemented across all provinces and have a national-level impact. Its core activities are distributed across three interlinked clusters: performing arts and storytelling, civic debate and discourses, and intersex rights and creative advocacy. The DNN component focuses on debate, club formation, mentorship, facilitation, youth leadership, provincial policy dialogues, and youth-focused public communication linked to employability, cultural rights, inclusion, and civic participation. To support implementation quality, DNN intends to engage one qualified third-party service provider to support selected outputs and activities under this project. Purpose: The purpose of this ToR is to define the scope, eligibility, responsibilities, deliverables, communication expectations, and application requirements for the third-party service provider that will support DNN in implementation of selected project activities under the RANGA project. The program is active in up to 14 partner countries around the globe, including Nepal. It contributes towards implementing the Global Compact for Migration (GCM) and is part of a comprehensive approach to migration and development. About the Project - Kheldai Sikdai Kheldai Sikdai is an initiative led by Karkhana Samuha that aims to transform classroom learning by integrating play and engineering into the daily experiences of children in under-resourced schools. The project focuses on making learning joyful, hands-on, meaningful, and socially interactive—shifting away from rote learning to create classrooms that foster exploration and creativity. Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Local Teacher Trainer to support the effective implementation of Kheldai Sikdai in Madhesh Province. The role includes planning and conducting monthly training sessions, coordinating logistics, engaging with stakeholders, and managing field-level administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and community engagement, highly organized, and comfortable working in diverse rural environments. Key Responsibilities A. Teacher Training and Development Conduct monthly teacher training sessions at the project location Support teachers in implementing Kheldai Sikdai classes in their classrooms Observe classroom practices and provide constructive feedback to teachers Document teacher progress, lesson implementation and success stories from field Provide ongoing on-site support and mentoring to teachers as needed B. Essential Skills Capacity to travel frequently across different schools within the project location. Good command of digital tools especially Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, etc.) is a must. Strong communication, ownership, taking initiatives and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Branch & Operations Management Lead branch fiber operations and ensure alignment with company goals and service standards. Plan and implement strategies for fiber network expansion and maintenance. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth branch operations. Fiber Network Installation & Maintenance Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of fiber optic installations. Ensure installations are completed on time and meet quality standards. Monitor network functionality and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues with technical teams. Team Leadership Lead, supervise, and mentor fiber technicians and technical staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development support. Handle incident coordination and support staff operational requirements. Cash & Financial Handling Ensure customer payments collected at the branch are properly recorded and deposited on time. Maintain petty cash records with valid PAN/VAT bills and control branch expenses. Coordinate with the finance department for petty cash settlements. Market & Business Support Identify opportunities for expanding fiber services in the market. Support marketing and sales teams with technical insights to improve customer conversion.
