Key Responsibilities: Territory Management: Independently plan and execute daily field visits to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and clinics within the assigned territory to meet sales targets. Product Detailing: With science background knowledge to provide technical demonstrations and explain the clinical benefits of IVD reagents and equipment. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with Pathologists, Lab Technicians, and Procurement Officers. Negotiation & Closing: Handle pricing negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and close sales deals independently. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to help refine sales and marketing strategies. Reporting: Submit regular Daily Call Reports (DCR), weekly sales forecasts, and expense statements to the management.
