The company invites applications from qualified and committed individuals for the following position: General Requirements: Full Time Commercial Lawyer (Few) 1. A Commercial Lawyer with a demonstrated interest in the construction sector. 2. Strong proficiency in the English language with sound command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 3. Minimum of Two year of professional experience, excluding internship. 4. Proficiency in English and Nepali typing (Typescript). 5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively within a team. 6. Strong documentation skills in both English and Nepali. Special Preferences: 7. Demonstrated interest in legal and contractual research. 8. Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) or equivalent. 9. Interest in adjudication, arbitration, mediation, litigation, and other contract-related proceedings. 10. Knowledge and experience in legal drafting, including applications, writ petitions, appeals, statements of claim, defenses, rejoinders, and interpretation and analysis of contractual documents.
