Job Description EJS Europe is seeking a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Officer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on lead generation, social media management, and website-related marketing activities. The ideal candidate should also have a basic understanding of websites and UI/UX to effectively collaborate with the IT team and support the company’s growing digital presence. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Generate and manage online leads, particularly for recruitment campaigns. Create, schedule, and manage social media content and advertisements. Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better results. Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and insights. Collaborate with the IT team to improve website performance and landing pages. Suggest UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Support SEO initiatives and assist with website content updates.
