Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality Unit to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. Handle and process market claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Conduct emission measurements and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. Prepare, analyze, and promote QIC and GIS reports to support quality improvement initiatives. Monitor and manage attendance and manpower within the department. Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
