Job Description We are looking for a motivated and responsible Marketing & Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, willing to learn, and capable of handling both fieldwork and office responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients via calls, meetings, and follow-ups to support sales growth Visit ward/palika offices, schools, gym clubs, and other potential client locations Deliver, install, and demonstrate gym equipment to customers Assist in loading and unloading equipment when required Prepare and send quotations to clients Handle social media platforms and digital marketing activities Visit client sites for maintenance and service support Capture photos/videos and create content for marketing purposes Design basic promotional materials and posts Create reels and TikTok videos for brand promotion Maintain stock records, prepare reports, and support daily office operations Be willing to travel outside the valley when required
