However, the municipality currently faces a critical gap due to the absence of a ward level Child Profile and Investment Plan. This limitation constrains evidence-based planning, prioritization, and effective decision-making. Certainly. Below is a comprehensive, adaptable framework for developing digital and printable IEC/BCC (Information, Education, Communication / Behavior Change Communication) packages on pertinent child wellbeing issues. These packages are designed to be culturally sensitive, age-appropriate, and scalable across diverse settings from urban clinics to rural communities. In order to facilitate ease in understanding and creating usable materials for the WVI Nepal, PNGO and community people, IEC Materials on child well-being issues will be developed. The proposed IEC materials will be based on Nepal Government’s approach to child well-being and WVIN’s approach to implement those at the field level. Thus, the materials will be helpful for WVI Nepal, PNGO and community facilitators, peer leaders and child protection practitioner to apply those in the training, orientation, awareness raising as reference materials, including some that will be used for raising awareness as well. Position Summary The Executive Director serves as the executive head of the organization, reporting to the Executive Committee. Specific Job Functions: a. Leadership & Governance Serve as the main link between the Executive Committee and the organization's management team. Or PhD in Social Sciences, Management, Economics, Rural Development or related field with good understanding of development sector, rights-based approach, human rights concepts and mechanisms and 7 years working experience in program management and at least three years working experience in leadership position. 5. Core Competencies Strong strategic leadership and organizational management skills. Proven ability to manage multi- sectoral teams across geographically diverse locations. Deep understanding of rights-based approaches, women’s rights, and social justice. Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Nepali. Sensitivity to gender equality, diversity, and inclusion. Resilience and ability to perform under pressure and time constraints. 6. कर्मचारी आवश्यकता सम्बन्धी सूचना (पूनः प्रकाशित) मिति २०८३ जेठ, ३ गते राष्ट्रिय कृषक समूह महासंघ नेपाल, सम्बन्धित सरकारी निकायहरूमा दर्ता भएका कृषक समूह, पशु सेवा समूह र कृषि सहकारीहरूको छाता संगठन हो । यस महासंघले सिमान्तकृत, भूमिहिन, महिला र साना किसानहरूको क्षमता विकासको माध्यमबाट अधिकारमा पहुँच स्थापना एवं किसानको जिवनस्तरमा सकारात्मक परिवर्तनको लागि कार्यरत रहदै आएको छ । महासंघले जलवायुमैत्री गाउँ नेपाल परियोजना (Climate Smart Village Nepal Project) सँग सम्बन्धित गतिविधिहरू मार्फत लक्षित वर्गको पोषणमा पहुँच साथै जलवायुमैत्री जीविकोपार्जनमा टेवा  पुर्याउने उद्देश्यले केएर नेपालसँगको सहकार्यमा सिरहा र सप्तरी जिल्लाका स्थानीय सरकारहरूसँगको सहकार्यमा कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गरिरहेको छ । महासंघको मधेश प्रदेश कार्यसमितिको कार्यालय सिरहा एवं सम्बन्धित पालिकाहरुमा रही तपसिलको पदमा काम गर्न इच्छुक, योग्यता पुगेका नेपाली नागरिकहरुले तपसिलमा उल्लेखित ठेगानामा ८ जेठ, २०८३ सम्ममा रीतपूर्वकको निवेदन एवं बायोडाटा  पेश गर्न हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ। पद पद  संख्या शैक्षिक योग्यता आवश्यक अनुभव फिल्ड सुपरभाइजर (Field Supervisor) १ (एक) जे.टी. वा जे.टी.ए. उत्तीर्ण जलवायुमैत्री गाउँ, जलवायुमैत्री प्रविधि, जलवायुमैत्री गाउँसँग सम्बन्धित गतिविधिहरूमा अनुभव भएको । कृषक पाठशाला सञ्चालन गर्न सक्ने अनुभव भएको । कृषक समह, लक्षित समुदायहरूलाई परिचालन गर्न सक्ने अनुभव भएको । स्थानीय सरकार र अन्य सम्बन्धित सरोकारवालाहरूसँग समन्वय र सहकार्यको  अनुभव भएको । साना किसान, भमिहिन किसान, लक्षित समुदाय, जलवायुमैत्री गाउँ अभ्यास, पर्यावरणीय कृषि, पोषण बगैचा, व्यवहार परिवर्तन, स्वच्छ उत्पादन, उपभोगमा लैङ्गिक मूलप्रवाहिकरण गर्ने सम्बन्धित गतिविधि सहजिकरण गर्ने ज्ञान र सीप भएको । अधिकारमा आधारित अभियान, किसान अधिकार, खाद्य अधिकार, खाद्य सुरक्षा र खाद्य सम्प्रभुतामा सघन बुझाई र अनुभव भएको । स्थानीय उत्पादनमा सहजिकरण, विविधिकृत उत्पादन एवं  उत्पादनको बजारीकरणबारे ज्ञान भएको सरोकारवालाहरू विच प्रभावकारी सञ्चार सीप साथै सामाजिक सञ्जालको प्रभावकारी उपयोग साथै कृषि एप्सहरू (प्रविधि) प्रयोग गरि सहजिकरण गर्न सक्ने सीप भएको । कार्यकम सम्पादन प्रतिवेदन लेखन, लैङ्गिक खण्डीकृत तथ्यांक संकलन, घटना अध्ययन लेखन, प्रभाव मुल्याङ्कन सीप भएको । GESI and Safeguarding संवेदनशीलता प्रति ज्ञान भएको । गैरसरकारी संस्था वा महासंघ प्रकृतिको संगठनमा रहि कृषि प्राविधिक भई समुदाय परिचालनको जिम्मेवारीमा कम्तिमा २ वर्ष काम गरेको अनुभव भएको । महिला, दलित,  सिमान्तकृत र स्थानीय उम्मेदवारलाई छनौट प्रक्रियामा थप प्रोत्साहन दिइनेछ । निवेदन पेश गर्दा अपेक्षित तलब समेत उल्लेख गर्नुपर्नेछ । छोटो सूचिमा परेका उम्मेदवारहरूलाई मात्र थप प्रक्रियामा समावेश गराईनेछ । यौन शोषण, दुर्व्यवहार, यौन उत्पीडन, अधिकारको दुरुपयोग र भेदभाव रहित राष्ट्रिय कृषक समूह महासंघ, नेपाल शून्य सहनशीलताप्रति प्रतिवद्ध छ । दरखास्त साथ बुझाउनु पर्ने कागजातहरू रितपूर्वकको निवेदन, बायोडाटा, नेपाली नागरिकता प्रमाणपत्रको प्रतिलिपि, शैक्षिक योग्यता र कार्य अनुभव प्रमाणपत्रहरूको प्रतिलिपि दरखास्त बुझाउने ठेगानाः ईमेल ठेगाना vacancy.nfgf@gmail.com मार्फत दरखास्त पेश गर्न सकिनेछ । दरखास्त बुझाउने अन्तिम मितिः ८ जेठ, २०८३ सम्म छनौट विधीः लिखित र मौखिक पदपूर्ति समिति राष्ट्रिय कृषक समूह महासंघ नेपाल,
