RRPK, in partnership with Plan International Nepal, is implementing the Girls Get Equal 2.0: Abha Project in Sarlahi District to empower adolescent girls and young women. RRPK invites tenders from qualified and dedicated Nepalese Suppliers/vendors who are reliable, experienced, responsible, and capable of delivering high-quality results based on the set specification, requirements and terms & conditions set forth in the tender documents. Tender forms must be completed and submitted in a closed, sealed envelope addressed to the RRPK office in Malangwa, Sarlahi (full address provided below). Tender documents will be available from 28th April 2026 to 18th May 2026 12:00 noon. Collection and submission of tender documents are permitted from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday to Friday, excluding government holidays. The deadline for submitting the tender documents is 18th May 2026, by 05:00 PM . The envelope must be clearly marked with “Tender Document for ALP Printing.” Tender documents will not be accepted after the specified deadline. Interested Suppliers/vendors are required to submit the following documents when requesting the tender documents: a copy of the valid company registration certificate, a copy of VAT registration certificate, and a copy of tax clearance certificate (new FY) or renewal letter. It was established locally in 2047 BS (September 26, 1990) and registered at the District Administration Office of Bajura on 5th Poush 2049 BS (December 20, 1992 AD), with the vision of “Competent Individuals, Happy Families, and a Prosperous Society.” The organization primarily works with disadvantaged groups, especially children and women, promoting and protecting their social, economic, and cultural rights. It addresses various social issues such as Chhaupadi, child marriage, malnutrition, gender-based violence, and ethnic and other forms of discrimination through integrated efforts and mainstreaming. In Partnership with Plan International Nepal, PeaceWin Nepal has been implementing the "Girls Get Equal 2.0 Realizing Rights and Building Resilience (Abha) Project in four local levels; Badimalika, Budhiganga and Triveni Municipality and Gaumul Rural Municipality in Bajura districtsince February 2025.
