Provide technical support and troubleshooting for core banking system issues. Improve work quality by internalizing feedback and enhancing product knowledge . Who Can Apply? We are looking for individuals who have: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, or Business Administration, or Computer Application, or Information Technology, or Engineering . A strong understanding of banking terminology . Knowledge of accounting principles (Journal Voucher, Ledger, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, Financial Statements, etc.). Strong communication and listening skills to effectively assist clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word . Additional knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
