Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution Handle multiple projects simultaneously with clear prioritization Allocate and optimize resources across projects Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards Balance quality vs. quantity in project outputs Coordinate with Program, Supply Chain, and Operations teams Monitor workload and improve team efficiency Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements Conduct project kickoff meetings and internal coordination
